HOW TO APPLY: You can use this matte foundation makeup wet or dry with the included dual-sided pink and white applicator sponge. For dry application, apply foundation with the pink side of the sponge. Gently dab the powder, pat it on the areas that need the most attention first, then blend outward and upward. For more serious coverage, apply it wet with the white side of the sponge. Dampen the sponge, dab the powder and pat onto face then blend outward and upward until fully blended.
