Does this work in other countries?

Our trackers do work outside of the United States & Canada, however the device will need to be setup before leaving the US. There are some countries where the devices won’t work so it’s best to let us know what country, and we can see if it works.

Does this product come with a sim card?

Yes! All of our devices are pre-equipped with a SIM card. The SIM card will be activated once the device and subscription are added to the account.

Is there a contract to use the service?

No, we don’t force any contracts. All of our trackers offer a monthly pay-as-you-go plan, but you CAN sign up to pay annually and save up to 50% off the monthly price depending on the tracker.

Which GPS tracker app do I download on my device?

Your package should have a QR code on it to take you directly to the app, however In both iOS and Google play, you can search Hapn GPS to download the app.
